Julie Allen

Hi, I’m Julie Allen, currently based at Mt Maunganui, New Zealand.

 My story is consistent with most creatives, born with lifelong commitment to art and working this personal drive with survival in modern world.

 My first career was in advertising and marketing. I partnered and apprenticed with some key people and transferrable skills allowed me to work internationally.   I eventually set up my own award winning business (Under the Sun Ltd) specialising in Kiwiana, premiums and incentives for industry, working with Asian factories, supplying major chains.  This gave way to full time painting in the early 2000's..

​My home is a work/studio space.  Buyers and browsers are welcome to visit, or else find my work in galleries in Auckland and Tauranga.
